We believe that Barack Obama is the best candidate for president of the United States. He is a great leader and has the ability to unite people behind a common cause. We believe Barack Obama is a a once-in-a-generation person, beyond the quality of human we typically see for politics. Our story is evidence that he has the ability to ignite people to dig into themselves, to do great work, and to team up in making our world a better place. He has solid ideas and plans that will help our country to get back on track as a true world leader. During the past weeks while working on these songs and videos that express this feeling of unity and positivity, we have experienced an outpouring of goodwill, generosity, and support. We hope this art inspires those who experience it and causes undecided voters to cast their ballot for Obama and roll up their sleeves and participate in this great democracy and opportunity to restore America.Joe & Jon have been writing and playing music together for many years. They work together to create new sounds and explore many musical genres that span both passions from early life as well as their acquired tastes along their journey. Joe is a lyricist, songwriter, and self-taught pianist. His taste in music leans toward the pop genre, however, he is inspired by all music and loves the rhythm and mathematical qualities of words flowing together with notes and tones. Joe is also fascinated by the qualities needed to be a great leader, and hopes to reflect the uplifting effect words can have on people in his songs.Jon has been studying piano since he was six years old and focused specifically on Jazz since he was 18. To the writing team he brings technical skill and musicality. His primary focus is on the music, but delves into lyrics occasionally. He has also been playing drums since high school. Jake Bergevin, an amazing musician, vocalist, and music educator with a Masters in performance and trumpet, can be found at:www.myspace.com/jakebergevinJon, Joe and Jake collaborate often. Also see our other brother Jake's site on myspace. He's really a great musician and will collaborate with the projects regularly.
